My purpose is to be an agent of love, healing and understanding. I am a husband, a father, a saxophonist, composer, and an educator. It is my hope that my music, my passion for education, and my dedication to family would inspire others to do what we all can do, "Make a difference"!

 

I am a passionate African American male artist and educator who is seeking to bring about positive change through the music I compose and the students I teach. I appreciate the love, fervor, and dedication my former teachers possessed as they educated and inspired my peers and I to rise above nefarious and complicit behaviors that continue to plague our urban communities. It is with this same love and passion that I seek to inspire and to better equip the next generation of musicians and listeners with a body of music that is honest and uplifting. I share the belief that music is a core therapeutic component to our society that documents our past, present, and future. It is my hope that my music will encourage our society to circumvent the challenges of life and to embrace the rewards of a future filled with hope and love.
