Francesco Orselli has over 15 years of international finance and management consulting experience for global fortune 100 financial services organizations. He has been investing in real estate since 2016 in single-family and multi-family properties. He owns or is a partner in 400+ doors in various states in the US. Francesco holds a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master in Mechanical Engineering.

Ed Modzel is a Commercial Real Estate Entrepreneur specializing in Multifamily Real Estate Syndication. Ed is a General Partner and Key Principle on a 1,388 units across the Southeast, Midwest & Texas. Ed is also a Commercial Real Estate coach, host of a weekly podcast, and hosts a monthly live Meetup in Manhattan and Long Island, NY. After serving in the US Navy for six years, Ed met his wife, Pilar. They have been married for over 43 years. Ed and Pilar are proud parents to three beautiful daughters and a two-year-old grandson.
Ed spent much of his life as Chief Engineer of a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in New York and retired in 2015. Outside of real estate, Ed likes to enjoy his free time with family, friends, hiking, sailing, and playing music.
Rasool Mutawakkil is the CEO of MARA Capital Group. His portfolio includes 21 apartment buildings with nearly 4,000 units in various states across the southeast US. He has been at the heart of the company’s success in conducting financial analysis and underwriting to determine the potential value of the investment and ensuring that budgets and projections are being met. Prior to founding MARA Capital Group, Rasool worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Department of Housing and Urban Development where he oversaw the finances for more than 100 public housing authorities.
Hemant Pawar is the CEO of Zen Abode Capital Group and, lives in the Bay Area of California. He is the owner & operator of apartments across 9 states in the US. He works full-time as an IT Program Director with the largest integrated healthcare org in the US. He runs a private charity organization that has so far adopted 7 families (with 21 girls) of human trafficking victims in Africa, Central Asia & Middle East and donates part of his salary every month. His interests include travel, health and fitness, and spirituality.
